THE FINE PRINT, UPFRONT
A fair policy, stated plainly
Video call scheduling is reserved for purchases of ₹2,500 and above. Booking a slot carries a ₹2,500 scheduling fee.
If you purchase during or after your call, the fee is fully redeemed against your bill.
If you choose not to purchase, the fee is non-refundable.
With 3,000+ pieces in store, we can't show everything live — the requirement sheet lets us curate specifically for you, so your call is worth both our time.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you book
Do I have to pay for everything upfront?
No — only the ₹2,500 scheduling fee to confirm your slot. The balance is only due once you've decided what you'd like to purchase, paid securely via Razorpay.
I'm outside India — can I still book a Private Viewing?
Yes. We're licensed to export and ship internationally, and Private Viewings are held over video with customers across the world, not just within India.
What if I don't like anything shown on the call?
That can happen, and it's completely fine — but the ₹2,500 scheduling fee is non-refundable in that case, since it reserves our team's time for your curated session. You're always welcome to browse our general collections or book again in future.
How long does the call last?
Around 45 minutes to an hour — enough time to go through your curated shortlist, ask questions, and see fabric and drape up close over video. The exact length depends on what you're shopping for; bulk or big-occasion orders often need a little more time, and we're always happy to make room for that.
What should I send before the call?
Just the short requirement sheet: your occasion, preferred colours, budget, and any fabric preference. Reference photos or a blouse size, if you have them, help us curate even more precisely.
Can I ask for a specific weave or region — like Kanchipuram or Mangalagiri?
Absolutely — mention it in your requirement sheet, and our team will prioritise it while curating your shortlist. That said, with 3,000+ pieces across many weaves, we can't guarantee we'll have the exact one you have in mind — if you're set on something very specific, it's worth checking with us on WhatsApp first, before booking your slot.
